This platform will save consumers valuable personal resources by uniting them with the global consumer community, retailers, and manufacturers in an effective new way while generating revenue via sponsorship and transactions completed during consumer visits.
We will capitalize on (1) Web 2.0 community democratic Internet service offerings (like Myspace, Craig's List and Wikipedia; (2) micro or "niche" marketing and targeted service offerings in place of traditional mass marketing; (3) emergence of new technologies enabling the aggregation and presentation of information; and (4) the changing behaviour of consumers, who now actively seek online information to answer their questions and gain information prior to purchasing.
eDoorways creates an immediate solutions network which connects local businesses with consumers in need of immediate answers, goods or services, with expert assistance. This network of people and small businesses offers immediate solutions on a level never before possible. Harnessing web resources in a whole new way, eDoorways is a functional tool which enhances the market’s transparencies for real solutions, pricing and quality.
There are over 45 million “micro boomers”, or young, Internet-savvy adults, who are our immediate consumer target. Small business users are our target revenue market. They comprise approximately 97% of business in America. The market for eDoorways is therefore large, geographically diverse and robust. eDoorways will target a broad demographic of American consumers who use the Internet to solve their daily lifestyle problems and to make purchases of goods and services. We anticipate a strong interest from young, Internet-savvy adults who rely on the Web for quick and effective solutions. Our revenue will come from small businesses across America seeking an avenue for business development.

“Tech Corner” is a place to share in-depth ideas about technology and our recent developments in technology and new software capabilities. We are continuing to evolve and eDoorways is utilizing these new advancements within our platform. We know the use of these new technologies will improve the Internet experience, thereby empowering the individual. We stay current on trending topics, upcoming technologies and leading minds. We actively evaluate the industry and bring you the best of what current tech has to offer.

Web 2.0 has enabled people to find each other, communicate and exchange information with one another in a wide variety of social, educational and commerce related activities. This is only a start when we consider the potential for technology that augments and participates with its collaborators. Web 2.0 technology has not been an active collaborator, it has only been somewhat passive in the revolution of collaboration and open-source technology.
Internet technologies are quickly moving out of Web 2.0 functionalities and into Web 3.0. The new eDoorways application software will enable a personal computing environment to understand more about the user and their collaborations in ways that wholly personalizes the users’ online experience.
Web 3.0 creates a unique online experience based on:
* Who you are
* What you are doing in the present
* What you have done in the past
* How you choose to do things
* Why you choose to do things
* Where you do what you do
* Your intelligence and what you already know
* How you learn and assimilate new information
Understanding these factors creates a “context” for human collaborations. The more time a user spends in their computing environment, the more it will "learn" about who they are, what they do, and what they need. In Web 2.0, we gained access to information and resources across the globe like never before experienced. In Web 3.0, we finally get the support and help we need to get the right information faster and to be able to integrate that information in real time.
In the majority of the world the ratio of mobile computing to desktop computing is 5:1. The latest trends are pointing to the mobile computing platform as the future of computing as a whole. As our response to the trend, we’ve created eDoorways Mobile Solutions. This allows us to actively focus, use imagination and technical expertise to help position eDoorways ahead of the curve so we are sitting squarely where the market is going. Our reach is intended to be one of global impact. We have devised the strategy of rolling out our services across multiple mobile platforms to provide our users with a seamless transition from the desktop to the hand-held.
Augmented reality, also known as AR and commonly used on mobile devices, is a live view of a physical real-world environment augmented by computer-generated graphics creating mixed layers of imagery and data points. Much like the term implies, your world is augmented providing the ability to see relevant data in real time as it pertains to your environment. For instance, coupons on the items you’re buying at the grocery store, the names of the people you see at your class reunion, or the yellow first down line on a football field, will all appear on your screen as you use the phone’s camera to look at your surroundings. The feature is being implemented at a rapid pace and we are helping to usher in the trend with future releases of our mobile applications.

When developing a product and service offering like that of eDoorways, it is essential we surround ourselves with some of the best and brightest while not burdening the company with expensive executive salaries during our start-up phase. To achieve this, we opted to engage the services of various professionals and employ them on a consultancy basis. These individuals act much like an executive staff only they are not exclusive to the company. Each of them remains firmly emerged in their respective industries, furthering the knowledge and expertise they bring to eDoorways. Each of them is a self-starter, a thought leader and an executor, all laser focused on meeting our objectives.
The courage and dedication each of our consultants has demonstrated is undeniably unwavering. They have spent countless hours, nights and weekends throughout the past year working diligently to conceptualize and create the multi-tiered platform of eDoorways and deliver the first beta version of SOLVE this December. They have and will continue to work equally as hard, striving to ensure the national roll out of SOLVE, the deployment of six additional doorways beginning with LEARN, taking eDoorways mobile and enhancing the world of wireless communications with our own brand of connectivity devices. This is our team – a group of individuals who believed so profoundly in the vision of eDoorways that for most, 100% of their contract cost was paid in restricted stock. Even with the recent increase of our credit facility, they have continued to preserve capital taking small cash payments on a portion of their contracts, while forgoing their restricted stock payments, shifting to preferred shares. This is evidence of the level of commitment demonstrated by these individuals as well as the method we have used to afford eDoorways a powerhouse squad of overachievers. Each of our consultants has the option to sign on as full-time executives with many already expressing interest to fill officer roles in 2010. It is our pleasure to introduce the eDoorways’ “Leadership Team”.
